Exceptional Casablanca Grand Tour to visit the most beautiful and interesting cities and places of Morocco. We will explore Fez city, Meknes, Rabat, and Marrakech, which are the four imperial cities of Morocco, to see the historical buildings such as Mausoleum Mohamed V, Al Quaraouiyine University, Volubilis and more. We will also explore the Sahara desert, walk in the surrounded areas, have a camel trekking, and spend a night in the Sahara camp. In addition, visit the coastal cities of Essaouira, Safi, and EL Jadida.
Day 1 Casablanca
We will meet you at Casablanca; you will notice that our driver is waiting for you at the airport or the hotel. Today we will check-in in a hotel, to take a rest, and walk in Casablanca corniche, and then go back to the hotel to stay the night.
Day 2 Casablanca – Rabat (Casablanca Grand Tour)
In the morning, we will take breakfast, followed by a short walk in the economic capital of Morocco, visiting Hassan II Mosque and the Kasbah, and then to Rabat where you’ll stay the night. Rabat is the capital of the kingdom, known for leather production, and its old medina ramparts; we will see Udayas Kasbah, the Royal Palace, Hassan II Tower, and Mausoleum Mohamed V.
Day 3 Rabat – Meknes – Fes
In the morning, we will travel to Meknes, to visit the famous Bab El Mansour, and Bab Khmiss gates, the sacred site of pilgrimage “Moulay Idriss Zerhoun”, and the Roman ruins of Volubilis. We continue to Fez, to take a delicious dinner before check-in in a hotel to stay a night.
Day 4 Fes Sightseeing
In the morning, you will get prepared to spend one day exploring Fes city. There will be a tour guide during the walk in the old medina, which is characterized by its thin streets, many shops and craft shops of leather, and pottery. You can capture the best photos, and buy some souvenirs. We will also take a tour in the Jewish quarter “Mellah”; see Al Quaraouiyine University, the Royal Palace and Moulay Idriss Mausoleum. We will take dinner in a good restaurant in the Medina, before heading back to the hotel.
Day 5 Fes – Ifran – Azrou – Midelt – Merzouga
We will depart toward the middle Atlas mountain villages to reach Merzouga desert. We will first see the Switzerland of Morocco “Ifran”, the cedar forests of Azrou to watch Barbary Macaque and feed them, and to Midelt to take lunch. Before arriving to Merzouga desert to stay a night, we will pass by Errachidia, Erfoud, Rissani, and the panoramic Ziz valley.
Day 6 Merzouga – Erg Chebbi camp (Casablanca Grand Tour desert)
After having breakfast, we will have a ride in the Sahara Desert, visiting “Khamlia”, this is a village of the black “Gnaoua”, who brought from Sudan, in order to visit their workplace, and listen to their unique music. Then, we will visit Erfoud (known for fossil production), Rissani to have a delicious lunch of the Berber Pizza “Medfouna”. After lunch, you will have an exciting camel trekking to reach Erg Chebbi high Dunes, you will see the sunset, drink a cup of Moroccan mint tea, and have dinner while Berbers playing music with their drums. We will spend the night in the Berber yurts.
Day 7 Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Kelaat M’gouna – Ouarzazate (Casablanca Grand Tour south Morocco)
Stunning view of the sun rising over the golden Dunes will impress you; make sure to wake up early to see it. After having breakfast, a tour in the surrounded areas, walking between Todra Gorges; which are amazing milestone river canyons, Boulmane Du Dades to take lunch, the valley of roses at Kelaat M’gouna, and passing by numerous Kasbahs, and Skoura oasis to finally arrive to Ouarzazate to stay a night.
Day 8 Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou- Marrakech
In the morning, a visit to a famous Kasbah, situated along a hill and cited a UNESCO World Heritage site, “Ait Ben Haddou”, followed by another one called the Glaoui “Telouet” Kasbah, to take lunch. Finally arrive to Marrakech to stay a night in a riad, passing by Tizi-N-Tichka pass, the high Atlas, along with many Berber villages.
Day 9 Marrakech Sightseeing
One day to explore the red city of Marrakech, walking in the medina and exploring its sightseeing. You’ll be visiting the Bahia Palace, Majorelle Gardens, the Saadian Tombs, the Koutoubia Tower and then take lunch. In the afternoon, a ride in Jemaa El Fna square, to enjoy with musicians, snake charmers, storytellers, food, orange juice, and more exciting things to see and do there.
Day 10 Marrakech – Essaouira (Casablanca Grand Tour Atralntic coast)
After having breakfast, we will drive from Marrakech to the coastal city of Essaouira, to walk in its quarters, visit an Argan factory, to see how women extract the oil from the Argan fruit, talk with them a little bit, and then continue to walk in the coastal port, have a delicious lunch of fresh seafood, and have a ride in the medina, before staying a night in a hotel.
Day 11 Essaouira – Safi – El Jadida – Casablanca (Casablanca Grand Tour atlantic coast)
In the morning, and after having breakfast, we will drive to Casablanca to stay a night there, passing by Safi, El Oualidia for lunch, El Jadida to have a short walk in the medina.
Day 12 Casablanca
This is our last day of the grand tour, we will drive you to the airport, ending our 12 days tour.
